摘　　要：小班并不等于"小班化","小班化"的关键是利用小班班级规模的资源优势,转变教师的教学观念和学生的学习方法。根据现代教育理论和教学实践经验,构建了"小班化"数学课堂教学的实施策略,即增加有效互动、提倡做中学、鼓励大胆猜想。The small-scale class does not mean advanced teaching concept. Its key is to exploit rich resource, changing teachers'teaching concepts and students'learing methods. This paper, based on the modern educational theories and maths practical experiences, constracts implementation strategies of maths classroom by increasing effective interacton, advocating learning by increasing effective interaction learningg by doing, and encouraging students to guess.\;
