高职高专学生实施“创意实训”的思考

摘　　要：传统的金工实习教学,不可避免地存在着师教徒承的传教方式,这已无法适应当今科学技术的飞速发展。要培养具有创新意识和创新能力的大学生,就必须在教学方式和教学手段上有所创新。为此,提出了“创意实训”的思路。The traditional teaching methods of metalworking practice, which cant avoid the starched ways that students only do things that the teacher told them to do ,can抰 adapt to the fast development of technology. There must be some innovatino in manners and means of teaching for the need of training college students who have the consciousness and ability of innovation. Therefore, in this paper we provide the thoughtfulness of originality training.
