摘　　要：我国职业教育经实践探索虽已取得初步经验,但在社会观念、生源状况、教学质量等方面仍存在许多问题,需着力从转变对职业教育的认识观念、提高教学质量、培养适应市场需要的人才、努力建设一支高素质的职教队伍等几个方面加以完善和提高。Chinese vocational education system has obtained certain initial experience by exploring and experimenting,however, problems still exist, such as public notion, students resources, teaching quality etc.The system needs perfecting and advancing by establishing a staff with high quality, transforming public opinions towards vocational education, improving teaching quality, developing specialists for the interest of market.
