乙基溴化镁与末端炔烃反应生成炔基Grignard试剂,后者与芳(烷)基硫氯作用高产率地制得了炔基硫醚.通过炔基硫醚与碘化氢在二氯甲烷中的加成反应,高产率且立体选择性地合成了(E)-α-碘代烯基硫醚.
