以天然产物多元醇D-Pinitol为原料,经与丙酮发生缩合反应,得到了两个异亚丙基保护的肌醇衍生物(2)和(3),试验得到了此反应的最佳条件,并通过红外光谱(IR)、核磁氢谱(1H-NMR)和核磁碳谱(13C-NMR)对产物的结构进行了确认。
