建立高效液相色谱法测定生姜中6-姜辣素的方法。采用甲醇提取生姜中6-姜辣素,以甲醇:乙腈:水=5:40:55为流动相,流速0.8 mL/min,用高效液相色谱仪(紫外检测器)280 nm测定含量。本方法检出限0.5 ng,RSD小于2%,回收率为98.6%~101.1%。
