摘  要:在近几年来的临床教学实践工作中,发现当前影响五年制医学生临床技能培养的主要因素有忽视临床技能考核,量化标准不够,缺乏考核约束机制,临床带教方法陈旧落后等.对此,从提高对体格检查重要性的认识;注重师资培训,加强师资队伍建设;实行目标管理,加强临床实践技能的培养;健全临床实习考核方法,形成多站考核法;医学生临床技能培养的基本思路等方面进行了探讨.In the practice of clinical teaching, we find that the main factors which influence the training of clinical skills are the lack of an effective examination control mechanism and the dated methods of clinical teaching as well as the neglect of the examination itself and insufficient standards of evaluation. Therefore, we discuss the subject here in the following aspects: to increase the cognition of the importance of health examination and the further training of teachers; to emphasize management by objectives and to strengthen the cultivation of students' skills in clinical practice; to perfect the examination methods and to form a multi-level evaluation system; some other opinions on the training of clinical skills in five-year medical students.
