校企“四融通”模式的构建与实施——以校企合作“华中数控维修班”为例

摘　　要：宁波市职业技术教育中心学校根据市场需求，紧密联系企业，拓展办学思路，构建了“校企深度交融，工学有机结合”的人才培养机制，形成了校企文化建设融通、课程设置融通、实训场域融通、学生评价融通的合作办学“四融通”模式，实现了校企合作从传统“订单式培养”向“需求导向型”合作模式转变，实现了有效教学。Ningbo vocational and technical education center schools based on market demand,closely linked businesses,expand school-running ideas,construct a 'school-enterprise depth syncretism,the organic combination of study with work' personnel training mechanism,formed a four syncretism model of cultural construction syncretism,curriculum set syncretism,training venues syncretism and students evaluation syncretism,realizing the transportation from the traditional 'order-training' to demand-oriented cooperation model,to achieve an effective teaching.
