摘　　要：以米糠、大麦麸皮为原料,经提取精制后,添加到膨化玉米粉中,从而提高制品的膳食纤维含量,改善膨化玉米粉的冲调性,制造出适合糖尿病、高血脂、便秘等人群食用的方便高膳食纤维制品。A refinement was made from rice bran and barely bran and their collide to be used as food fibre strengthening agent in extruded maize meal, aming at raising food fibre content, improving solubility and dispersity of extruded maize meal. Convenient food for people of diabetes, high blood fat and constipation was manufactured with these high dietary fibre.
