目的:研究γ-癸内酯高产菌的诱变选育;方法:Yarrowia lipolytica As2.1405经过连续紫外诱变、NTG诱变、DES诱变和钴60诱变,最终筛选得到一株高产内酯菌种167#,摇瓶平均产量为1.4g/L;结论:通过复合诱变,大大提高了菌株生产γ-癸内酯的能力。
