摘  要:对海洋胶原低聚肽的蛋白质含量、氨基酸组成和分子量分布进行分析,并从DPPH自由基、羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基和H_2O_2清除能力以及还原能力五个方面,全面考察对海洋胶原低聚肽的体外抗氧化活性。结果表明:海洋胶原低聚肽分子量大多为1000 Da以下(99.89%),主要集中在(140~500)Da(58.75%);富含抗氧化氨基酸,占总氨基酸含量的42.00%。对DPPH自由基、羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基和H_2O_2的半抑制浓度(IC_(50)值)分别为:8.0 mg/mL、5.7 mg/mL、12.5 mg/mL和16.3 mg/mL,具有一定的还原能力,并且抗氧化作用与质量浓度均呈很好的量效关系。The protein content, amino acid composition and molecular weight distribution of marine collagen oligopeptides (MCOP) were analyzed in this research, and the antioxidant activities in vitro of MCOP were generally evaluated from five respects by determination of the scavenging activities against DPPH radical, hydroxyl radical, superoxide radical and peroxide as well as the reducing power. The results showed that the major molecular weight of MCOP was less than 1 000 Da (90.53%), and oligopeptides with the molecular weight range (140-500) Da were dominated (58.75%). MCOP was high in antioxidative amino acid, which accounted for 42.00% of total amino acid. The median inhibitory concentrations (ICs0 values) of DPPH radical, hydroxyl radical, superoxide radical and peroxide scavenging activities were 8.0 mg/mL, 5.7 mg/mL, 12.5 mg/mL and 16.3 mg/mL, respectively. Also MCOP had certain reducing power. Increased mass concentrations of MCOP exhibited dose dependent antioxidant activities on all five aspects.
